Modern and fully-automated Demo Center is equipped with new injection electric machines of JSW Winsor and hydraulic machines of Dr. BOY, with clamping force up to 180T and injection capacity up to 360 grams. All our processing units are run by microprocessors and work in full automatic cycles. This allows creating quality control protocols. All machines are equipped with peripheries supporting production. We use feeders and batchers controlled by microprocessors for the transportation and dosage of raw material and robots or transporters with ingot separators for the collection of products. Heat control is supported by central drycooler unit and temperature controllers (micro chillers and thermostats) that keep temperature in the range between -5°C and 140°C. Using microprocessor for heat control allows saving energy and equipment in favorable air temperatures.
