Systemy chłodzenia

Firma Wadim Plast oferuje systemy i urządzenia firmy Frigel z Włoch służące do chłodzenia procesów przemysłowych, w tym szczególnie wykorzystywanych w przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych.

Proponowane urządzenia pozwalają regulować temperaturę cieczy: w obiegu chłodzenia formy wtryskowej, w wannie chłodzącej wytłaczarki, w centralnym obiegu odbioru ciepła itp. Wspomniane zadania realizowane są przez termostaty, mikrochłodziarki, chłodnie sprężarkowe i chłodnie wentylatorowe.

Techniki RP/RT

Firma Wadim Plast oferuje urządzenia do szybkiego wykonywania prototypu RP (ang. Rapid Prototyping) i szybkiego wykonywania narzędzia do wykonania prototypu RT (ang. Rapid Tooling). Jest to efekt współpracy z firmami 3D Systems z USA i MCP HEK z Niemiec. Metody te pomagają szybciej, a więc i taniej wprowadzić na rynek nowy produkt oraz zmniejszyć ryzyko niewłaściwego zaprojektowania formy.

Oprogramowanie

Firma Wadim Plast oferuje program Cadmould do symulacji procesu wtrysku tworzyw przy wykorzystaniu Metody Elementów Skończonych.

Twórcą oprogramowania jest firma Simcon z Niemiec, która współpracuje w tym zakresie z największym na świecie Instytutem Obróbki Plastycznej w Aachen. Korzystanie z programu Cadmould jest bardzo proste dla użytkownika i nie wymaga od niego specjalnego przygotowania w tym zakresie. Cadmould pozwala uniknąć wielu problemów, na które może być narażony projektant wypraski, konstruktor formy czy też technolog.

The static mixers
